Teaching yoga
The word "yogi" means to realize the wisdom of pure awareness…
With 20 years yoga experience, qualifying to teach in 2010, my teaching style is an all inclusive, dynamic approach with clear concise intrusions. I encourage anyone who steps onto the mat to explore the joy and freedom that is possible on this ancient path of discipline. Much of my foundational experience and influence comes from living in New York, traveling to India over the years and now, regular workshops / training in Brighton and London. Yoga has become main stream in the west with many styles available. Find one that suits where you are in your body, mind and practice. I tend to stick to the traditional side using the philosophy of yoga to guide my teachings.
